notice to authors & presenters
The ICAA16 registration deadline was March 15 and finalized March 23. Oral authors not registered prior to March 23rd have had their presentation eliminated from the ICAA program. To verify your status, contact ICAA registration at firstname.lastname@example.org

*Please note: Authors must pay before March 15 to be included in the final program and have their presentation scheduled within the ICAA16 conference. Please see cancellation clauses below.
Fees & Payment
Prices are in Canadian funds, please be aware that GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) taxes will added to your total during registration. Credit cards, bank transfers and cheques are acceptable payments for online registration until May 1st. Only full paid registration will be considered confirmed and complete. As of May 1st, only credit cards are accepted to register for ICAA16.
Registration fees listed here do not include taxes.

Benefits with registration
All registration categories include: Welcome reception, 1 copy of the electronic conference proceedings, coffee breaks daily, poster reception, full access to technical and poster programs and one banquet ticket if reserved. Lunch is on own. Please note transportation from the airport and accommodations are not provided. You must make your own arrangements
Cancellation and changes requests must be received in writing. A processing fee of $150 will be applied to all cancellations.
- Delegates: After June 1, 2018 no refund will be issued.
- Authors: After April 1, 2018 no refund will be issued.
No refund will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, visa refusal, etc. Any medical issues necessitate a doctor’s notification. Substitutions are free of charge and must be received by email before June 1, 2018.
MetSoc of CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
